This package includes turkey hunting access and lodging for the whole family.
Our Turkey Gap Property is located right on the North Carolina and Tennessee border.
We have about 60 acres on the Tennessee side and about 40 acres on the North Carolina side.
Most of the birds I've harvested over the years have been on the Tennessee side; however, I'd recommend that sportsmen typically obtain a statewide wild turkey permit for both NC and TN. That way, you'll have the ability to smoke that gobbler no matter what side of the border you're on!
Luxury lodging accommodations for the whole family are included in the Great Escape Lodge.
To best take advantage of all the lodge has to offer, we recommend you and your hunting buddies bring the entire family along. Hunting access is only $100 per person per day; however, non-hunting companions are free when you book the lodge, which can comfortably fit up to 20 guests.
Pricing Breakdown (not including LandTrust booking fee) is as follows:
- Turkey Hunting Access: $100 per person per day (3 Sportsmen Minimum)
- Lodging in the Great Escape Lodge: $725 per night (4-Day/3-Night Minimum)
Non-hunting companions are free.
