We have four ground blinds in place. Our 10-acre honey hole is situated between the Elkhorn River and neighboring ag field food sources, making a perfect local spot for hunters making the short commute from Omaha (~30 minutes), Fremont (~20 minutes), and Blair (~20 minutes).
We do not have direct river access; however, wildlife consistently moves through the acreage back and forth from the river and the ag fields. Chances are good if you have the patience to sit in one of the blinds.
Property hasn't been hunted in 4 years.
Note: Inquire if interested in using the house on property for on-site lodging. We'd be happy to consider accommodating a booking with lodging.

I've been hunting turkey and deer for about 15 years. I bought this property for that specific reason, and it has been a great place. I'm the only one who has been hunting very lightly here for the 13 years I've owned it. The wildlife feel safe here and, at times are bedded literally 5 yards behind the house. The turkey love the drizzle days.
