Harvest Requirements:

1 Buck + 1 Doe per person. Bucks 3x3 or better please.

Package is a flat rate for up to 4 sportsmen.

Located at the confluence of the Snake and Niobrara rivers in the beautiful Sandhills of Nebraska. Situated about 40 minutes from Valentine, our ranch is one of those properties that few could ever dream of experiencing. In fact, we find ourselves often pinching our arms to make sure we're not dreaming. We love this land, and are very excited to share it with respectful recreators.

The ranch has been in our family since the 80s. Since then, we have exercised intensive grazing practices to best manage the ranch's grasslands. 

Whitetails tend to favor the heavier cover and creek bottoms, moving through in the early mornings and evenings, while mule deer can often be spotted higher up in the open country or bedding along ridgelines with a view. The varied terrain gives hunters solid glassing points, and the property's mix of open range and dense draws allows for both spot-and-stalk and climber stand or popup blind hunting strategies.

Lodging on the ranch in our 4-bedroom guest house is included in this package for $250/night.
