Located at the confluence of the Snake and Niobrara rivers in the beautiful Sandhills of Nebraska. Situated about 40 minutes from Valentine, our ranch is one of those properties that few could ever dream of experiencing. In fact, we find ourselves often pinching our arms to make sure we're not dreaming. We love this land, and are very excited to share it with respectful recreators.

The ranch has been in our family since the 80s. Since then, we have exercised intensive grazing practices to best manage the ranch's grasslands. 

Merriam’s turkeys (with the occasional Hybrid) are well established on the ranch, often roosting along the Snake and Niobrara where mature cottonwoods provide ideal cover. Spring hunts offer the chance to catch gobblers strutting through our open meadows and river bottoms. With a healthy population, this is a solid destination for those looking to pursue classic Sandhills gobblers!

Turkey hunters have a good chance of encountering Merriam's on the property. Populations vary from year to year, however, so Merriam's may not be pure or you may see Hybrids as well. 

Permits are valid statewide for the taking of turkeys.

Nebraska residents and non-residents can purchase a turkey permit over the counter, but there is a quota.

Lodging on the ranch in our 4-bedroom guest house is included in this package for $250/night.
