Located at the confluence of the Snake and Niobrara rivers in the beautiful Sandhills of Nebraska. Situated about 40 minutes from Valentine, our ranch is one of those properties that few could ever dream of experiencing. In fact, we find ourselves often pinching our arms to make sure we're not dreaming. We love this land, and are very excited to share it with respectful recreators.

The ranch has been in our family since the 80s. Since then, we have exercised intensive grazing practices to best manage the ranch's grasslands. 

Doves are present in solid numbers during the early season, especially around the ranch’s powerlines, brushy riverbottom edges, and livestock tanks. These areas serve as natural loafing and watering spots, creating reliable flight paths and productive setups for shooters. With minimal pressure and good visibility across open terrain, hunters can expect fast-paced shooting when the birds are moving.

Lodging on the ranch in our 4-bedroom guest house is included in this package for $250/night.
