The ranch is a hotspot for mule deer hunting. Archery and Rifle are permitted within season.

We are located in Oregon's Interstate Unit, or Unit 75, part of Oregon's Southcentral Big Game Area.

Bowhunters have a much higher chance of drawing a tag typically. For both residents and non-residents, muzzleloader and rifle odds are much lower without preference points.

We do have elk and antelope from time to time, along with the occasional cat. We will potentially add more packages as we have a better grasp on how numbers are looking. 

About the Ranch:

Valley View Ranch is a family-owned ranching operation situated on the Western edge of Southcentral Oregon's Goose Lake Valley with incredible views of the valley and the Warner Mountains to the East. We are located less than 10 miles as the crow flies from the Oregon-California border, just 5 minutes from Drew's Reservoir, and about 20 minutes from the town of Lakeview.

The ranch itself consists of over 1,400 acres of rolling hills covered in ponderosa pines and sagebrush steppe. The eastern boundary of the ranch borders some of the low valley ground. Elevations increase and topography varies as you get further west into the ranch. The Fish Creek meanders in and out of the ranch on our southern boundary, which is shared with the Fremont National Forest.
