Our family is eager to share our piece of Central Tennessee with you. This property used to be a dairy farm, and now it's used primarily for row crop. I'm proud to have lived here my whole life. We are pretty centrally located in the Nashville, Chatanooga, Knoxville triangle. The farm is just over 60 miles from Nashville and the International Airport. 

Our family farm is home to about 880 acres right on the Cannon and Warren County line. Our acreage is NOT contiguous. We have a group of connected parcels totaling about 620 acres, with two other separate groupings: one about 80 acres and one about 185 acres. The property is mostly fields with a small amount of timber on the borders.

We are open to having folks camp or RV overnight here for a $40 add on to your package, or you can make the short drive from either McMinnville (~12 miles) or Manchester (~24 miles), which both offer local lodging options. Airbnbs are also available nearby as well.
