Lodging:
Lodging in our 5-bedroom house will be on a first-booked, first-served basis, since it’s available as an option on all of our listings. The entire house can sleep a group of 10. If you book the house, your group will be the only group during your dates. This is not a Bed and Breakfast, or a lodge, but rather a short term rental home. No meals are included but the home has fully equipped kitchen. You will be able to utilize a full processing area and freezer. Prior to booking, feel free to check with us to see if the house is available.
RV (no hookups) and dry truck-camping access will be available as well if the house has been booked, but you’re still looking to stay on-site.

House Description
Wade Ranch has been in our family for over 65 years and we are so excited to begin this journey with our hunting guests! You will be renting the entire home as a short term rental, this is not a B&B or shared lodge. The ranch house sits on 100 acres and is secluded and quiet, I was so blessed to grow up in this home. The house was built in 1869 near the banks of Wade Creek. My grandparents bought the house in 1959 and began ranching, farming and raising their two sons. Years later, the U.S. Corp of Engineers purchased the 10,000+ acres that would one day become Hillsdale Lake and Wildlife area. That purchase included the very spot where the house sat, prompting my plucky grandmother to move the 100 year old landmark "down the road a piece" to another part of the ranch. Today, the Wade Branch Boat Ramp sits where the house was, less than a half mile away and adjacent to Wade Ranch. Visit waderanch.net for more of the story! The Hillsdale State Park Marina and main boat ramp is just a 5 minute drive. Guest will have plenty of room to park vehicles, campers, boats, trailers, etc.
