Our population of dairyland turkey moves between timber and open hay fields, especially in the early morning as they leave cover to feed. The brushy field edges and pollinator plot provide insects and security cover, creating predictable travel routes during the season. Hunters can set up along field transitions or near pond edges where birds often pass through mid-morning.
Guests can settle into the on-site guest house that comfortably accommodates three to four people, featuring one bedroom and one bathroom. Camping and RVs are welcome, with water hookups, two 30-amp connections, and one 50-amp service available.
Located about an hour from Eau Claire and La Crosse, an hour and fifteen minutes from Wisconsin Dells, the farm offers a quiet rural setting with convenient access. Black River Falls and access to Interstate 94 are within 20 minutes of the farm.
