Located in the fertile “drowned lands” of Wantage, Sussex County, our family farm offers 284 acres of rich agricultural and riparian habitat. Once a working dairy farm from 1989 to 2010, the property now functions as a hay and grain operation, with soybeans, corn, pumpkins, and sunflowers. The Walkill River, three meandering creeks, and a natural spring all are live water sources, attracting an array of wildlife and playing host to exceptional hunting and fishing opportunities.

The landscape features a mix of open fields, creek and river bottoms, and mature timber, bordering both the Wallkill River and National Wildlife Refuge lands. Located in New Jersey's Deer Unit 2, Turkey Unit 5, and the North Waterfowl Unit, the farm is a great location for all kinds of hunters looking for a spot within an hour of the New York Metropolitan Area!

Fishing for bass, sunfish, and catfish in the river is included with all hunts.
