Our 150 acres are located in Northwestern Minnesota's Marshall County, part of the state's permit area 509 for turkey hunting. The farm is a mix of productive ag ground and huntable cover. We have soybeans and sunflower stubble from last year, with roughly 40 acres of woods and brush.

We have our packages set up to be booked by season periods - 7 day blocks for Periods A-F. Hunters don't have to hunt every single day, but your booking will guarantee that you're the only hunters during the period you book.

For turkey hunters, the farm lays out well as birds move from roosting and loafing cover in the wooded and brushy pockets out into the surrounding ag fields to feed on leftover grain and natural forage. The open field edges, transitions between cover types, and visibility across the farm can make it pretty easy to find birds and get set up with your decoys and blinds.

The farm is situated less than a mile from the West Valley Wildlife Management Area.

We are located about an hour from Grand Forks, ND, which has an International Airport. We are also situated just over 2 hours from Fargo and just under 6 hours from MSP.

Access to the nearest town will be in Newfolden just 10 minutes away via US Highway, which has services and conveniences for traveling hunters, with grocery stores, restaurants, taxidermy options, and sporting goods all close by. Thief River Falls is about 30 minutes away.
