Whitetail hunters are invited to our acreage this Fall. The property hasn't been deer hunted in more than 5 years so there is a dense population of whitetails, as evidenced by the numerous deer paths, scrapes, and bedding areas one can find walking around the property. 

8-point, 6-point, 4-point, spike, and countless doe have been documented on our game cameras across the property. We also have a well-documented On-X map to reduce your scouting time and maximize your hunting time.

There are 8 ladder stands across the property. Each with 2 gear ropes and 2 gear hangers. We also have seat cushions available in gear storage at our parking area. 

8 ladder stands are strategically placed across the property. They are marked on OnX. Each features 2 gear ropes and 2 gear hangers. We do our best to ensure the stands are in good condition but please inspect each stand prior to climbing. Do not use the stand if any part is worn or broken. Please do not use without a safety harness.

We store stand cushions in containers in the main parking area to save them from the sun. Feel free to use one during your hunt but please return it after.

You're free to use a climbing stand anywhere you find a fit tree on the property. Your best option is a hardwood near the swamp on the back side of the property. 

By booking a hunt you understand that using the property and tree stands is at your own risk and that you hold us harmless for any injury or death that occurs on the property. You also affirm that you will obtain all necessary permit from the Virginia Department of Game and Wildlife and follow all local laws and that you will hunt ethically, safely, and responsibly.

Hike in on foot or bring an ATV. Choose from eight existing ladder tree stands—or bring your own climber. A cleared, mostly flat parking area offers space for tent, truck, or RV camping. We aim to make your hunt as leisurely or adventurous as you desire!
