A short drive from the gate, down a wide trail, is our main "parking lot" which is a small field with cut grass and a few mature trees interspersed. There is plenty of room for multiple vehicles and a camper. The space is mostly level.

Property Rules
Campfires: Allowed • Firepit
Pets: Not allowed on property
ATV's: Allowed • ATVs allowed for hunting purposes only. ATVs must remain on trails.
Drive-in Access: Yes: You may drive in and park. Driving the trail system with full-sized vehicles is not allowed.
Walk-in Access: Yes • We have two gates where guests can access and park. Walk-in access or ATV access from there.
Vehicles: 6 Allowed • When possible, please limit the number of vehicles.
Landowner Rules: Please be respectful of the land, the game, and leave no trace. Only pull the trigger on kill shots. If you shoot it, track it until you find it. Always have a navigation device on you. It's a large property with lots of intersecting trails that can be confusing. There are also neighboring properties with marked boundaries next to our trails. Be sure of where you're going before leaving a trail to ensure you don't trespass. We reserve the right to require people to leave the property at any time for any reason. By booking through Landtrust you understand and agree that using the property and tree stands is at your own risk and that you hold the property owner and its descendants harmless for any injury, accident or death that occurs on the property. You also affirm that you will obtain all necessary permit from the Virginia Department of Game and Wildlife and follow all local laws and that you will hunt ethically, safely, and responsibly.
Cancellation Policy: Refunds are only available within 48 hours of the landowner accepting your booking request.
