With 415 acres of irrigated meadows, winding creek bottom, and open hay fields, this property is a PRIME local spot for hunters in the area looking for a productive property with high potential.
The Crow Creek winds through the center of the property for over a mile, creating a lush corridor of willows and sheltering cover that holds both deer and upland birds. Irrigation ditches feed the meadows and keep the surrounding habitat rich in forage. The hay fields are edged by brushy boundaries and stacked bales.
