With 415 acres of irrigated meadows, winding creek bottom, and open hay fields, this property is a PRIME local spot for hunters in the area looking for a productive property with high potential.
The Crow Creek winds through the center of the property for over a mile, creating a lush corridor of willows and sheltering cover that holds both deer and upland birds.
