This parcel centers on the creek corridor, where birds roost in the bottom timber and move to open ground above the drainage to feed. The mix of creek cover and open slopes on either side gives hunters multiple ways to set up on birds.

We are excited to be opening up just over 500 acres for Fall Turkey hunting in Unit 11.

This is a narrow, but long parcel that features nearly 3,000 yards of creekbottom access to the Sweetwater Creek. The creek is straddled by steep canyon slopes with scattered timber.

Here in the Lapwai area, our fourth-generation family farm features a large working landscape in Nez Perce County, about two hours from Spokane and an hour from the Moscow-Pullman area. 

Established in 1925, our operation blends crop production, cattle, and timber ground, with a long-standing focus on stewardship and responsible land management. Our total farm acreage spans roughly 10,000 acres, offering a mix of rolling farmland, timbered sections, and deeply cut coulees.
