3 bed 2 bath house. 3 queen beds, pull out couch, air mattress. Fully stocked kitchen. 2 showers. House water is gravity fed by fresh mountain spring water.

Landowner Rules: Keep gates as you find them (open=leave open) (closed=close behind you) Dont interfere with livestock activities Dont drive off of roads with any vehicle No shooting activities aloud Cellphone service is hit and miss but decent at the house If you keep any fish please clean them in the creek below the driveway Water in the house is springfed and therefore unfiltered or treated. It is perfectly clean but if it is a concern please bring bottled water Stay out of out buildings Fires can be built in provided fire pit but nowhere else Be careful not to leave large surface covering objects on the grass If using boat please pull out of water and disconnect battery from trolling motor
