This is 750+ acres of high fenced exotic animal preserve. There is a 3 bedroom lodge that easily sleeps 6,with all amenities and a large BBQ pit. Enjoy the land and find authentic, native American arrowheads and pottery scattered across. Nature trails, beautiful fields of flowers and amazing sunsets. The perfect place to take your family when you just wanna get away from everything.
There are many types of animals to see while here. Its not unusual to see 100+ animals in a day. There are bison, oryx, whitetail, axis, fallow, blackbuck, various rams, turkey, pheasant,ect. There is also plenty of animals that love to be pet and hand fed. Its quite amazing really. Some great photo opportunites can be had here. Grab a handful of corn and see what comes out to greet you.
2023 Turkey Season: our turkey population is really struggling, so at this time we will not be offering turkey hunts.
Lots of sights to see if your into that.Lots of animals of course but thats not all. We also have some of the clearest views of the stars at night. No city lights nearby to drown out their beauty, You can clearly make out all the famous constellations.

I contacted Curtis last minute about a weekend stay. He was quick to reply and my family and i ended up having the best time. My kids loved feeding the goats, sheep & various deer that hung out around the house. We all really enjoyed seeing the wildlife like bison, oryx and blackbuck on the property, saw a couple of turtles in the ponds and chased an armadillo or two. My wife got to shoot her first hog, which was a highlight for her. We loved the proximity to town, and how easy it was to access everything. Breakfast with the animals on the back deck was a favorite with the kids. Curtis was quick to answer any questions we had, and was gracious enough to give us our space and let us just enjoy the property. We can’t wait to plan a return stay and hopefully bring a trophy home.

Its a beautiful property. A buddy and I went a day hunt for turkey. Curtis was very responsive to any questions I had. Make sure to bring a camera to take pictures of some the exotics roaming the ranch.
