69 Ranch is a 4th generation cow-calf operation proudly based in the Nebraska Sandhills. At 1,300 acres, the property consists of a sandhills meadow valley with seasonal wetlands between dune ridgelines and pasturelands. The property is easily accessible from a single-lane road less than ten miles off the main highway.

There was a bunch of waterfowl out in there pasture in front of their house. Also on my first visit to property back in January of 2022, Glenda mentioned lots of mule deer and a herd of antelope that hangs out on the property as well.
