We have a great mixture of deer habitat: dense tree cover, ample food sources in the row crop, and marshy areas in the bottoms.
We primarily see whitetail on the farm; however, sportsmen can hunt mule deer as well. Mule deer are not as commonly seen on the property though.

Ackles Farm might not be the biggest acreage wise, but it’s a hidden gem. While walking the property I saw tons of ducks and deer moving throughout. Scott said he has also seen turkeys moving around the SW portion of the property.
