About us:
The Ackles Family Farm is a hidden gem of a property just south of the town of Ord, NE. We have a great compilation of habitat for deer and turkeys with agricultural cropland, primarily alfalfa. Our alfalfa fields and other areas of row crop make for great feeding ground, while on the southern end of the farm, hunters take advantage of our lush and marshy bottom ground. We also have a portion of pasture ground on the farm with cattle. We ask that all guests be respectful and considerate of the cattle.
The Ord-North Loup Canal flows through the property as well.
Turkey can be a bit transitory on the farm; however, we have seen them in the southern areas in the trees and marshy bottoms.

Lodging and Dining
We do not provide any lodging on the property. Camping may be allowed with a purchase of a hunt. The town of Ord, NE is a few miles to the northwest, and offers multiple lodging and dining options.
