Eastern Turkey Huntat Alamance County Estates | The 168
Hunt Alamance County Easterns!
Turkeys roam throughout the pastures and woodlines, especially along creek bottoms where insects and forage are abundant in the spring. Roosting typically occurs along the hardwood stands near water, with early morning gobbles echoing across our hills. The open fields provide ideal setups for calling and decoy work, while the wooded draws offer concealment for stalks if you want to run and gun.
The 168 is made up of two parcels, one 109-acre parcel and another 69-acre parcel. The Wells Creek is the most predominant water source. Other small creekbeds, timber blocks, and pasture, make up the rest of the habitat.

Tent or Truck/Car camping is just fine. Rooftop tents or toppers work too! No hookups.
