Alamance County Estates | The 168
Welcome to Alamance County, North Carolina!
We are a third-generation working cattle, poultry, and sheep operation centrally located between Winston-Salem, Greensboro, Raleigh, and Durham. Our properties are a mix of productive pasture and scattered woodlots that we do our best to steward as a family with a regenerative focus. Tall grasses and healthy ecosystems are the norm.
With multiple tracts available—each featuring active creek systems and one with a pond—our ground offers natural water sources that support abundant deer and turkey populations. Thick wooded fingers and edge habitat provide natural corridors for whitetail movement, while open pastureland edges and creek bottoms create ideal setups for patterning turkeys. Both archery and firearm hunting are permitted.
The 168 is made up of two parcels, one 109-acre parcel and another 69-acre parcel. The Wells Creek is the most predominant water source. Other small creekbeds, timber blocks, and pasture, make up the rest of the habitat.
