Our East listing is made up of about 700 acres. The acreage most notably features over a mile of the Short Creek. Coyotes can be found in the open fields and wooded areas along the creek. The open spots are ideal for calling if you want to give that a try!
The landscape is a mix of ag fields, rolling hills, creek bottoms, and timber. Most all our parcels can be easily accessed from the county roads.
Located in the heart of Morris County just north of Council Grove, Anderson Farms is a fourth-generation regenerative, no-till farm. Situated about 30 minutes south of Manhattan and interstate access to I-70, the farm is only about 2 hours from KC!
