Anheluk Ranch
The Anheluk Ranch consists of just over 3,800 acres in Billings County, north of I-94 and Belfield, North Dakota. Our ranch is also very close as the crow flies to the northern boundary of Theodore Roosevelt National Park, a staple of Western North Dakota's Badlands.
The ranch is home to our family cow-calf operation. In addition to the cattle, we also grow various crops on some of our farm ground. One of parcels is made up of badlands country, while the rest of the property is either grasslands or croplands.
Our acreage is not contiguous and is pretty spread out along US Highway 85 going north out of Belfield. The wide spread offers hunters a lot variety and options for where to set up. Both mule deer and whitetail are frequent visitors to the ranch and can be found in the ranch's numerous draws or out roaming and feeding in the fields. Upland birds are also prevalent and traffic our grassland habitat.
While we won't be offering any lodging, RV/tent camping is permitted and there are some campgrounds nearby or hotels/airbnbs in the Belfield area.

During my visit I saw both deer and pheasant on multiple parcels. Jerry's property is pretty spread out in areas and could be a great option to deer hunt different areas with a group.
