Deer hunting is allowed on the river bottom only. This area is rich in the Mule Deer and Whitetail species.
There is over a mile of the West Gallatin river running through the bottomland of the property. The river property also includes a couple of islands that are ideal for archery hunters if you are up for a little adventure.
It is strongly recommended you bring appropriate gear for crossing the river. Fishing waders and boots make crossing a bit easier. We recommend you follow the track on onX for best path to the island. Extra socks and water-proof storage for your phone is also strongly recommended in case you fall in. Call the LandTrust team at (406) 709-8450 for any questions prior to your trip!
Note: Bowhunters must abide by rifle regulations when hunting general season.
Additional packages can be accommodated. Inquire for more information.
