Bergin Farm and Ranch
Melstone, Montana, United States
4,030 Acres
We are located about 20 miles north of Melstone and the Rattlesnake Buttes here in Eastern Montana's Rosebud County. Property is just over 4,000 private acres plus additional deeded state ground. Habitat is primarily sage brush prairie ground with ranch reservoirs and the Rattlesnake Creek winding through.
We have a lot of open ground out here, making this a great rifle spot for both antelope and deer hunters with 701 tag. The antelope are prolific, while the deer tend to be a little more of a challenge.
HD 701 is a general tag for whitetails and mule deer bucks. For antelope, we are located NORTH of the Yellowstone River here in Region 7, HD 701.
