Birdwatching enthusiasts and photographers are invited to the ranch to enjoy exclusive birding access on our 1,100 acres.
A network of six ponds, a portion of creek bottom, and 232 acres of irrigated pasture (fed by a 9-tower pivot and K-Line irrigation) create consistent food and water sources for wildlife across the ranch with classic Eastern Oregon topography: steep coulees, brushy ridgelines, and open benches.
The ranch borders a large chunk of BLM and the nearest access is 6 miles as the crow flies, so some of it is fairly unpressured near us, while internal fencing, trails, and road access make navigation manageable even in remote areas.
The ranch is about 45 minutes from Klamath Falls-Altamont and about 8 miles as the crow flies from Oregon-California stateline.
We are also located near Gerber Reservoir which is popular for crappie fishing. We are also near Willow Valley Reservoir which is also popular for fishing.
Dry camping is available on the property, offering hunters a rustic, off-grid experience in the heart of the high desert.
Note:
To access the property, our road has an easement across two of our neighbors. Please be aware of the boundaries and do not park or go off on neighboring property.
