Blue Springs Plantation is made up of 870 contiguous acres in Barbour County about 1.5 hours southeast of Montgomery. We are a fourth-generation timber operation with strong wildlife habitat, consisting of southern pine stands, hardwood pockets, creek bottoms, and brush.
Fifteen established food plots are positioned throughout the plantation, complemented by natural forage and a 20-acre pond. Multiple creeks wind through the timber.
The property's internal road system is extensive and well-maintained, allowing guest to easily access different parts of the property and access stands and plots with ease.
Lodging is available in our comfortable 3-bed/2-bath cabin that can sleep up to six guests. The cabin includes a full kitchen and hot showers. Guests can park directly at the cabin.
The property is located about two miles from Blue Springs State Park, a natural cold spring, so that could be a draw for summer months.
