Boone Ranch is a sand hills-based property sitting near the north border of Nebraska. Before purchasing this property, we ran a cattle operation in Colorado. This ranch is made of sand hills, alfalfa fields, scattered shelterbelts, and the Minnechaduza Creek which flows through the middle of the land. 

Our ranch is home to mule deer,white tail deer, geese, ducks, and sometimes blue herons! The waterfowl can be found near and on the creek bottom during the late spring and summer. While the Deer enjoy the hills and alfalfa fields. The chances of seeing a big buck on the land are good. 

At this moment we are only offering deer hunting packages. 

RV camping access is available on the ranch. If you decide to stay off-property, Valentine is 15 miles east and provides hotels, restaurants, grocery stores, and gas stations. In the future, we plan on offering a house.
