Come and hunt for turkey and whitetail on the Pembina River. Two bow stands are ready for your use. One sitting over top of a soybean food plot and the other in a pinch point in the woods. The property is situated on the Pembina River which divides the property in half. You will find there is easy access to all portions of the property via a county bridge. 

The Pembina property is only a 10-minute drive to Pembina and 5 minutes to Neche. Within Pembina, the Red Roost is available for lodging and is a minute's walk to the newly remodeled Bridgestone Bar/Restaurant, hardware store, and grocery store. Lodging is also available in Cavalier, a 20-minute drive from the property. Grand Forks sits an hour's drive from Pembina which has larger accommodation options if you prefer that. If you'd like to camp I do have a empty lot in town (no electric, water etc) that is level and easy to access for an extra fee of 20 per night. 

On this property good luck bumping a deer that won't come back. With all habitat in the area concentrated on the river and miles and miles of farm land to the north and south of the river deer are very comfortable working east and west along the river and never leave for a long period of time.
