Partake in either the Spring or Fall Turkey season. We usually have a flock of 12-20 birds on the property at any given time. You have access to the full ~115 acres.
Access to the property is from two parking locations on the Northwest side of the property. These give you easy access to the trail system and all that the forest has to offer. You may also park at our house at the southern tip and access the the trails from there. You are welcome to bring your 4x4s and/or side x sides to more easily access the property. We understand that you are here for the hunting and not to turn the property into an off road track.
We do have lodging available on site between May 1st and October 31st each year. In order to reserve that please refer to your prefered short term lodging site (Airbnb or VRBO) through this link - https://linktr.ee/Brook_Hollow_Homestead

This site is a mix between full service and rustic. It has the comforts of a campground/state park with the privacy and view while boondocking.

Guests are able to set up tents on either of out two established sites. Guests are completely responsible for for all of their specific needs. Each site has its own outhouse and we have fresh water available at the house at the base of the property.

We maintain a five acre food plot that is planted primarily in clover and chicory. To encourage diversity in this plot we have been adding in various trees such as apples, pears, persimmon, red mulberry, hazelnut, chinese chestnut, american plum and red osier dogwood.

I have been addicted to the outdoors since I was a pre-teen. Scouting cemented my love of the Forest and the woods. I achieved a B.S. degree in Wildlife Biology from SUNY Environmental Science and Forestry and I am applying that knowledge to our three generation homestead.
