Welcome to 322 acres of outdoor paradise in Mississippi's Copiah County! Our property features rolling hills, multiple food plots, a 22-acre stocked fishing lake, and a 3-bed, 2-bath recently renovated cabin.

We've had some days on the lake, where we've caught 50-60 bass in a day. In fact, I've caught a bass with some leftover bacon from breakfast. 

Located only 5 minutes from Interstate 55, and approximately 30 minutes from Jackson, this is a prime local spot for folks to get away for the weekend.

This property is loaded with wildlife, including whitetail deer, turkeys, hogs, ducks, geese, rabbits and squirrels. The property is set up with food plots, feeders and deer stands. Multiple ridges run through the property as well as creeks and drainage systems. The property is a mix of 7-year-old pine, grown up clear-cut for bedding and hardwood oak flats. We'll be starting with spring turkey hunts only at this point. The ranch hasn't seen a bird harvested out of our population in over 4 years, meaning our Gobblers are big and have experience very little pressure. Expect a fun and challenging hunt! Fishing access is included with your hunt.
