Chris was very helpful in making me familiar with the property. He was easy to communicate with and very responsive to my questions. The property itself is very well-maintained and the many trails were wide and recently mowed making foot travel easy. We saw a ton of deer track and other sign when we were walking. The spot Chris had designated for parking my tent-trailer was level and clean. His fire-pit was awesome. It made our camp easy to set up and work with. Hunting-wise, we flushed a lot of grouse over the course of our two-day hunt. We could have been better shooters, but we had a lot of action. As a bonus (late in the year), we also flushed a lot of woodcock as well. We were better shooters when it came to woodcocks. Overall, the property and hunting experience was awesome. We will try to arrange a return trip next year. Thanks Chris.

Had a great time at Burke Acres, and the experience certainly met my expectations. Chris was a great host, and oriented me well to the property, and was very helpful and accessible when I had questions. I found plenty of grouse and woodcock, and the property itself is a beautiful walk on its own. I would definitely return if given the opportunity.
