We are a 2nd-generation agricultural operation in eastern Kansas that we have owned since 1992.
Our California parcel is 40 acres made up of thick woods, a pond, agricultural fields, and the Salt Creek flowing through the middle. We have whitetail deer and turkey, which benefit from the dense layer of shelter and the multiple water sources that make up a good habitat. This parcel is also adjacent to 140 acres of walk-in public hunting land.
Our cabin is available for booking at an additional rate to this package, along with RV camping access. An outhouse sits on the property as well. For hotels, restaurants, gas stations, and grocery stores, Topeka is 38 miles North.
Pond/creek fishing is included with packages.
