While walking the property I kicked up six roosters and spotted a whitetail buck chasing a doe in the river bottom. This is an awesome property with great opportunities.

Really enjoyed this property! Lots of character and great Upland habitat Reed was available for questions, and assisted us with finding our way to access different parts of the property. Definitely hope to hunt this property again! Thanks Reed!

My first look was not impressed but once we started hunting the ground it turned out very good with the river running through property the pheasents were there and we had a good time on property only suggestion I have is if they could left the wheat stubble a little higher I believe it would help to keep more birds there and owner was great too get along with too

There were not as many birds as we expected, but warm temperatures, wind, and very dry conditions made it hard for the dogs. Cover was a little sparse, but his plans to convert the crop land into grass and plant additional shelter belts will be beneficial.
