Very nice property well set up for easy access to and from blind locations and large enough to set up for different wind directions deer population was pretty average for nebraska larger timber patches was a very quite and peaceful low road traffic noise. I'd go back again. The owners were very helpful and polite before,during, and after the hunt. Was able to make a harvest.
