We have tree stands on the property as well for bowhunters.

The Cottonwood Grove Farm is a 907-acre family farming operation proudly located in Kensal, North Dakota - part of Stutsman County

Our property has several acres of lakefront access in addition to wetlands and other marshy areas. Our croplands make for great food sources as well.

While the farm doesn't have lodging available, guests are welcome to make the short drive from Jamestown and Interstate 94, which are just over 20 miles away.
