CT Farms
CT Farms is located in Northeast Montana's Richland County right on the Missouri River. With the majority of our land bordering BLM land to the South and the Missouri River to the North, this is a beautiful property with plenty of space for a great experience! Our property features timber and ag land along the Missouri toward the badlands, then up on the bluffs we have grasslands. This combination of habitat attracts all forms of wildlife, from mule deer and whitetail to upland bird and waterfowl.
In addition to our 2,700 acres of private access and 5,000 acres of BLM and State Lands, we also have access available to our leased acreage as well (+/- 2,000 acres). Inquire for more information.
Lodging is fairly sparse up here, so guests are more than welcome to camp or bring an RV (120 amp electric hookups available at the house prior to winter) and set up at one of our RV spots. Most RV locations will be no hookups and dry camping only. Please no trace at these RV sites. We can also offer guests a room/suite in our basement. For these guests, we are happy to provide lunch & dinner.
We look forward to sharing the richness of our land with you!

This amazing ranch has it all! Access to the Missouri River, grazing pastures on the buttes, and coulees throughout are ideal for big game and upland bird hunters. Teepee rings and fossils are often found making it a good time for everyone!

Our upland bird hunting group really enjoyed our time at CT farms. A big part of the crops on the farm where still in the field (unharvested) so we didn't spend much time hunting the lower part of the farm. We did have good hunts on other areas close by, that Tammi and Claude have. There were good populations of birds. The ranch house was spacious, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. Tammi is a natural host, appropriately attentive, and will bend over backwards to insure that her guests are comfortable and well taken care of. She shared a variety of fresh vegetables, eggs and home canned products with us, all were fantastic. If she offers anything--take it!
Reviewed by Guest on September 2024Charlie and crew (including dogs) let the southern charm shine in Montana. Polite and asked before they did anything. After finding out we had many things in common, it was a pleasure to host this crew and respectable dogs on the property! Come back anytime!!

Booked the the ranch for October 18th and 19th with two hunting buddies and 5 dogs...Claude met up with us on the evening of the 17th and gave us maps of the areas we could hunt..My buddies stayed at the "blue house" which was a work in progress (no TV..small electrical heaters) and I stayed in my travel trailer that had electrical and water hookup. The ranch appears to have excellent habitat for pheasants but for some reason we saw no birds in the agricultural areas and very few birds elsewhere.Considering that the ranch is surrounded by BMA properties we were disappointed at the lack of pheasants. We did drive to the other parcels that were available but again we saw no birds and lots of overgrazed habitat. In total we saw one covey of huns and one very crafty rooster. After one day we decided to leave and try other areas we've hunted before. We hoped to meet Tammi but she was away on unexpected business.

Tammi was accomodating and helpful. The property was truly stunning and the hunting was amazing for both deer and birds.
Reviewed by Guest on October 2024 Spent one day hunting mulies on Tammi’s property, ended up harvesting a nice mule deer buck, spotted lots of deer probably 20+ also saw lots of sharpies, pheasants, and coyotes so bring your shotgun, and varmint rifle too. The property is set up beautifully for hunting with many draws, breaks, and coulees it sits above thousands of acres of public land. This spot is awesome, the ease of hunting is really what makes it special. I am definitely coming back next year with my father, and brothers.

Tammi and Claude were so welcoming and accommodating. Their place was clean and met our needs on our upland hunt perfectly. When we were leaving my 8 year old boy said, “Tammi is the best, she finds everything” as he was so impressed by some of the artifacts and treasures she’s found around their ranch. We had a good laugh and left with fond memories of our time in NE Montana.

CT farms was perfect for our annual pheasant hunt. Great hunting, nice place to stay, really nice people. Tammi and Claude do a great job to make sure everything is perfect for the hunt. Thanks!
Reviewed by Guest on October 2023 Mike F and his hunting party were very respectful to rules, like gates and talking with neighbors even though neighbors were block management. They left the guest the way they came into it. If they want to come back this way, they will gladly be accepted back!

We just finished a 4 day upland bird hunt at CT Farms. Tammi was extremely hospitable, especially when a winter storm arrived. I can't say enough about their hospitality. Accommodations were nice and cozy, perfect for us with our dogs. The variety of terrain and species present were as advertised. We had an absolute blast and loved every part of it. Hope to be back!
