Dudley Basecamp
Kingsley, Michigan, United States
20 Acres
Located northeast of Kingsley, near the sprawling Traverse City Forest areas and the Boardman River, the Dudley Basecamp offers exclusive hunting on our 20 acres with a tree stand, in addition to access to nearby public hotspots for hunting.
Terrain features oak and pine trees. Natural forage includes apple trees, grapevines, lilac bushes. We see deer and turkey in the forest behind our house all the time, and our acreage has not been hunted since we moved here in 2021. We understand that 20 acres of forest isn't the largest property a hunter could find, which is why we want to call out our close proximity to public hunting areas. The strength of our property is found pairing time spent hunting our 20 acres, along with using our location as a private basecamp to branch out and conveniently hunt nearby public access.
Our property and these surrounding public access areas are located in Michigan's Deer Management Unit 028 and Turkey Management Unit K.
The property also has potential for birdwatching in the forest and also photography for folks looking for a woodland backdrop!
We are located about 10 miles from Traverse City and Cherry Capital Airport.
