Our hunting packages are available for 3 to 7 days and include full access to the land and lodging.

Whitetail are the dominant species here, using the property's elevation changes, timber cover, and creek bottom for year-round movement. Bucks frequently travel the ridgelines and funnels between bedding areas and the lower fields, especially during the rut. Several stands are positioned to take advantage of these patterns, and the network of trails makes it easy to slip into position without spooking anything.

Guests are encouraged to coordinate ahead so that we can walk the property with you, point out stand locations, and share some of the insight that only comes from years spent on the land. 

We have 175 acres with nearly four miles of trails winding through hardwoods, creek bottoms, and ridge tops.

The habitat features a mix of dense timber, rolling hills, a mid-sized pond, a separate watering hole, with a seasonal creek weaving through the lower elevations. These natural features support strong whitetail movement and provide good bedding, forage, and travel corridors. A network of cut trails makes the land navigable by foot or ATV, and guests will find several established blinds and tree stands placed in proven spots, thanks to 35 years of hunting experiences and insight from family and friends.

Lodging in the Chalet:

The on-site chalet accommodates groups up to 8 and serves as a welcoming basecamp. Tucked away at the end of a private drive, the house features four bedrooms, 2 full and 2 half baths, a fully updated kitchen, multiple living areas, and a game room with vintage touches, including a 1970s pool table and classic board games. We have 3 TV's and Starlink WIFI. Outside, enjoy two level deck with gas grill, a firepit under the stars, or cast a line in the catch-and-release pond.
