Just outside Frazeysburg in Licking County, this 175-acre woodland property offers sportsmen a quiet, well-managed retreat in the hills of eastern Ohio. This family-owned timbered haven combines rich hunting grounds with comfortable accommodations in a secluded, chalet-style home. With nearly four miles of trails winding through hardwoods, creek bottoms, and ridge tops, our property delivers excellent access and hunting opportunities throughout the terrain.

The habitat features a mix of dense timber, rolling hills, a medium sized pond, a separate watering hole, and a seasonal creek weaving through the lower elevations. These natural features support strong whitetail movement and provide good bedding, forage, and travel corridors. A network of cut trails makes the land navigable by foot or ATV, and guests will find several tree stands placed in proven spots, thanks to 35 years of hunting by family and friends. Whether you're stalking through hardwood ridges or settling into a stand above a quiet draw, the hunting here is dynamic and well-supported by the property's layout.

The on-site chalet accommodates groups up to 8 and serves as a welcoming basecamp. Tucked away at the end of a private drive, the house features four bedrooms, 4 baths, and a large deck overlooking the woods. Inside, guests will find a fully updated kitchen, multiple living areas, and a game room with vintage touches, including a 1970s pool table and classic board games. Outside, enjoy a fire under the stars or cast a line in the catch-and-release pond.

Guests can set up camp at a primitive, well-lit campsite with limited electrical access, a fire ring, gas grill, and picnic table; perfect for those who prefer a more traditional camping and hunting experience. The campsite can accommodate one 20 foot or smaller RV (no plumbing services).Campsite parking can accommodate several trucks and trailers.

Our hunting with lodging packages are available for 3 to 7 days and include full access to the land and lodging. We also have packages without lodging available for 3 to 7 days which include access to all land exluding the lodging, lawns, and parking areas surrounding the lodging. Guests are encouraged to coordinate ahead so that we can discuss or arrange a walk-through of the property with you, point out stand locations, and share insight that comes only from years spent on the land.
