Welcome to the Nebraska Panhandle!

Our 600 acres are located just east of the Nebraska-Wyoming border, just over 10 miles north of Bushnell and interstate access to I-80. The property is tucked away and sees very little road traffic, making this a hidden gem for mule deer and antelope access. 

The property is slightly rolling with sandhill bluffs and grasses. Sportsmen should be aware that cover is pretty much nonexistent, making this a challenging spot and stalk hunt. Ground blinds are permitted if you'd like to try setting up somewhere on the property and waiting for game.

The property is located in Kimball County, and is technically part of the Upper Platte Unit for deer. Archery and muzzleloader deer tags in Nebraska are statewide. For antelope, the property represents the Prairie unit for muzzleloader and the Banner North Late unit for firearm.
