Tucked into the rolling countryside of Butler County right outside Latham, Kansas, We offer exclusive access to just under 1,200 acres of working cattle ground that doubles as a for serious archery hunters. The ranch is located in Unit 14, one of Kansas' units known for its strong whitetail genetics and productive habitat. Managed as a cattle operation, the landscape is well-maintained, with open pasture blending into thick creek bottoms and timbered corridors that provide ideal bedding and transition areas for game. In addition, we have 12 stands total currently with 3 feeder stands and 2 small food plot stands. TONS of deer.

The northern half of the property is shaped by a meandering creek, which, along with several ponds, offers a steady water supply for the deer. Two food plots and three strategically placed feeders provide consistent nutrition and attract deer throughout the season. Towering hardwoods along the creek system offer natural funnels and pinch points that are especially effective for stand placement. With vehicle-accessible trails and open lanes, navigating the terrain is straightforward while still providing a remote feel.

Lodging:

Our Cabin is a fully-furnished 2 bed/2 bath with queen-size beds in both rooms. Relax on the porch enjoying the view of the wide open space. BBQ grill, fireplace, and wildlife will make any season enjoyable. Only visitors you might have are the cattle and horses. Located just one hour from the Wichita airport.

Our property is open exclusively to archery and crossbow hunters, allowing for lower pressure and a more controlled management approach.
