We have 298 acres of pristine dairyland habitat: rolling hills, ag fields, forest, and creekbottoms.

New to our family as of April 2025, this property is in an active phase of improvement as we continue to develop food plots, open pastures, and learn seasonal wildlife patterns. We have a small beef herd that grazes portions of the farm, complementing a landscape shaped by ridges, valleys, and lush ag ground.

The terrain features a series of ridge tops that fall into timbered draws and brushed-in pastures, creating natural travel corridors. Approximately 130 acres are in corn and hay production, supplemented with established food plots planted in summer clover and winter bulb mixes. Streams run through nearly every valley, with several spring-fed creeks holding trout and feeding into the Kickapoo River system. 

Trout fishing is included with all hunts, so bring your rods during your visit!!

Additional springs across the property provide consistent water sources, drawing wildlife movement from ridge tops to bottom fields. 

Access throughout the farm allows hunters to move from ridge top fields to shaded bottoms with flexibility based on wind and bird activity. Camping and RVs are welcome, with a gravel lot and several mowed areas available for setup. 

For those preferring additional amenities, Wilton is just a mile away with a gas station, bar and restaurant, small campground with hookups and showers, and an affordable hotel option. 

In the offseason, guests can enjoy trout fishing in the larger spring creek, photography across the property, and time spent exploring a working cattle farm set in the hills of Monroe County.
