Glennie Irvin Ranch
Semora, North Carolina, United States
146 Acres
Glennie Irvin Ranch is a 146-acre hunting property in Person County here in Northern NC. The property is a mix of timber, open grassland, creek bottom, and rolling hills, developed by the property owner before us into a dialed hunting escape. We have strategically positioned food plots, each featuring a Banks blind. We have one plot that has a high-traffic watering hole. We also have a stocked 1.5-acre pond sits on the property and is open for fishing. Fishing is free with all hunts!
We are situated just north of Hyco Lake, about 30 minutes from Danville, Virginia. The stateline is just a few miles away as the crow flies. We’re about an hour from both the Raleigh-Durham and Greensboro areas.
The centerpiece of the ranch is a fully furnished hunting lodge designed for group stays. The main lodge is approximately 2,990 heated square feet with four upstairs bedrooms (one king, two queens, one twin), a full en-suite bath, and a half-bath. The kitchen is stocked with a gas range, icemaker, dishwasher, wine cooler, bar seating, and a dining set. The lower level has an 82-inch TV area, large fireplace, pool table, and dart board, along with a mud room and gun safe with washer/dryer. An upper deck, covered porches, and a rock-lined firepit overlooking the pond round out the outdoor setup. A Generac generator with an in-ground propane tank keeps the property powered.
ATV and UTV access is available across the property. Guests can fish the stocked pond and hike or view wildlife throughout the grounds. Cell service is limited in spots.
Note: A second residence on the property, the Mason House, is strictly off-limits to guests. Bobcats and bears may not be hunted, killed, or harassed. Coyotes may be taken per North Carolina regulations. One fox may be taken at the guest's sole discretion. Property boundaries must be observed at all times using a mapping app. A valid North Carolina hunting or preserve license is required. Blaze orange (hat or vest) is required during active hunts. Alcohol is prohibited before and during any hunt or firearm use. All harvested game must be properly tagged before leaving the grounds.
