The natural springs provide for a multitude of wildlife trails. There is also a seasonal stream on our 160 Acres. Our property is located in Northeast Washington. We have a plethora of opportunity for mule deer, whitetail, elk and much more. The property is located in GMU 101. Camping is allowed with many great spots to choose from. Sportsman must clean up everything brought in. Alternatively Danville is @10 miles away. Where we offer a limited amount of lodging, a convenience store and the areas best restaurant.

ATV's: Allowed • You will be riding at your own risk. There are many trails on my property and on the Colville National Forest.
Drive-in Access: Yes: You have 2 roads that access my property. Sleepy Hollow and Tonasket Creek.

Landowner Rules: Please check in at the house. Pack out what you pack in. Must have a wrist band on at all times on the property.
Cancellation Policy: Refunds are only available within 48 hours of the landowner accepting your booking request.
