To our knowledge there has not been any hunting for several years on this parcel. Located in Unit 575 for mule deer, the property provides solid habitat from sage brush coulees and wild grasses to dryland crops and hayfields. For water, we have a developed spring and a couple seasonal drainages. The ranch's main source of timber can be found in the northern quarter draws. In addition the ranch's acreage, we also border an 80-acre chunk of tough-to-get-to BLM ground.
