Camp in the beautiful upland fields and canyons of Joliet Montana on our ranch. Escape from the hustle and bustle and disconnect in nature.
SEE: nature, mountain ranges (Absaroka, Crazies, and the Snowies), canyons, meadows, cattle, birds, deer, rabbits, snow in the winter, green grass in the late spring, naturally growing trees, WIDE OPEN skies (there is nothing like the skies of Montana, it's why they call it the Big Sky Country)
HEAR: silence, birds, cows mooing, wind blowing, nature in its purest element
TOUCH: the earth (grounding)
SMELL: extremely fresh air (no smog out here, no polutants, just fresh air), grass, earth
This will be a complete DIY package. No frills. Come to disconnect from civilization and reconnect with nature and yourself.
Warnings:
#1: We do have rattlesnakes from approximately May to October, so wear appropriate clothing for hiking.
#2: Our weather is very dramatic. We can go from -40°F on Monday to 55°F on Wednesday. Sometimes in January we have four feet of snow, other years we have no snow and it's 60°F. Check the conditions before booking and plan accordingly.
