The ranch consists of 4,120 acres about 30 minutes from Idaho Falls and interstate access to I-15. We are situated in between the Blackfoot Mountains to our west and the Caribou Range to our east. 

To dip our toe in the water with LandTrust, we are only offering fishing in our spring creeks, along with general outdoor recreation opportunities, like hiking, photography, and birdwatching. We may offer some hunting in the future if our deer and turkey populations can build back up. 

We have over 5 miles of private, fishable creekbottom, between the Willow Creek and the Birch Creek. This should be a great option for anglers looking for good fishing in the Spring, while other major rivers are blown out.

We plan to add lodging as an option to the ranch as well in the coming months for folks looking to stay overnight!
