Welcome to Hocking Hills! Our 37-acre property is a well-managed hunting and fishing retreat! Over the past decade, the land has been stewarded and improved with food plots, planted fruit trees, berry bushes, and selective logging to enhance habitat and wildlife movement. 

Timber, brush, and a dry creek bottom add to the terrain, while two ponds and strategically placed water sources near food plots support consistent wildlife activity. Access is convenient with easy walk-in opportunity from the cabin, allowing hunters to move quietly from the cabin to stand locations.

The mix of cover and forage creates reliable travel corridors and staging areas for our deer population. Food plots draw deer into predictable patterns, especially during early-season and late-season feeding periods, while fruit trees and berries provide additional attraction throughout the year. The dry creek bottom serves as a natural funnel, guiding movement between bedding cover and feeding areas. 

We have 1 box blind, 1 single-person stand, and 8 two-person stands.

Our beautiful lodging and close proximity to the scenic Hocking Hills region and nearby shops and wineries make the cabin a great place to bring spouses and children along for your hunt! 

The on-site cabin can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests with two bedrooms offering four beds and 2.5 bathrooms, including two showers. A full kitchen, garbage service, and WiFi access extending from the house to the pond make multi-day stays comfortable and connected. It's very cozy and nestled at the edge of the woods, perfect for a peaceful getaway. It features a private fishing pond, hot tub, pool table, foosball, retro gaming console, and a firepit.

Catch-and-release fishing is included with all hunts! Pond is stocked with Bass and Bluegill, and it's just a short walk from the cabin.
